Refund Policy

Clear, fair, and customer-first return guidelines.

1. Eligibility for Refund

We accept refund requests within 7 days of delivery for physical products (IoT kits, components, hardware). To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-refundable Items

  • Downloadable software, digital courses, or e-books
  • Opened/used components (e.g., sensors with bent pins)
  • Customised or pre-ordered products
  • Items returned beyond 7 days

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@kiwanotech.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos/video of the product. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).
