Hassle‑free cancellations before shipment.
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it (no questions asked). Log into your account → My Orders → Cancel, or email us with your order number.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product (see Refund Policy).
Cancellation up to 7 days before the event: 100% refund. 3–6 days before: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: no refund. Seat transfers are allowed up to 24 hours prior.
