Nagpur, May 21, 2025 – On the occasion of World Youth Skills Day, celebrated annually on July 15, Swapnil Wankar, Director of Kivano Research and Innovation (Gurusidhya Multiskill Pvt. Ltd.), urged young individuals to embrace skill development online despite the ongoing challenges posed by the COVID-19 Delta Plus variant. In a recent statement, Wankar highlighted the importance of skill acquisition in the face of adversity, emphasizing its role in personal growth and national development.
Wankar noted that the infectious nature of the Delta Plus variant has necessitated a shift to online platforms for this year’s celebrations. He encouraged the youth of India to participate actively, stating, “As human beings, we have enriched our human life by learning a lot from the creation.” He stressed that intellectual capability is key to skill development, adding, “So whatever skills are man-made, it will be our duty as the young generation to preserve and enrich it.”
The message underscored the responsibility of the youth to take advantage of their potential to drive progress. “Every skill is human intellectual capacity,” Wankar said, describing the younger generation as a “skyrocket” ready to soar through skill-building. He also highlighted the broader impact of such efforts, noting that developing skills aligns with individual interests, contributes to the country’s growth, and supports global transformational development.
Wankar extended his wishes for a “Happy World Youth Skills Day,” encouraging young individuals to seize this opportunity to grow and innovate, even in challenging times.
