We strive to provide high-quality training. If you are not satisfied with a paid workshop or program, please contact us within 7 days of the program start date. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and we may offer a partial refund or credit toward a future program. No refunds will be issued after the program has commenced or for no-shows.
If you receive a damaged or defective KiwanoKit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic/video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund (including shipping costs) after verifying the issue.
Returns for change of mind are not accepted. We encourage you to review product details and videos before purchasing.
Registration fees for competitions (e.g., ProNex 2026) are non-refundable, except in the event that the competition is canceled by Kiwano Technologies. In such a case, registered participants will receive a full refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method. The timing of the credit may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
